Ok quick one.

Ive got a crazy thoght about porting the turbine housing on a hybrid turbo.

Basically remove the housing and polish up from where the mani is right down to the loop bit where the fins are then thru to the dp side.

Ill doctor a pic of a housing to show what i mean.

Thoughts?

Also anyone know if a ko3 turbine is any different at all to the ko3s?

I know the compressor is but is the turbine slightly diff sizes? Just i need a new housing for my std one.

Might be some advantage in porting the exhaust outlet if you where going to fit a better mani, such as the relentless one

IMO unless you know what your doing I would leave as is !

Reason is you need to be very careful with material thickness due to heat of turbine

It will help porting the waste gate to stop creep speak to the turbo builder and ask them how to improve it
