Right folks, for the third time in two years my front end has started knocking its head off, usual culprit I'm guessing is the anti roll bars and or bushes. I've decided to go for coilovers so I'm wanting to know what u all would suggest for me to do in the way of the rest of the setup, will the standard anti roll bars etc be sufficient or would up rated poly bushes etc be better, not fully clued up on this topic.

Any advice would be great

I would go polybushs, do it right first time then you don't have to do it again,

Bit more outlay to start with but shoud in theory last the life of the car

Cool, so am I right in saying I can just buy the bushes on their own, the drop links or stabiliser bars that are on the car won't need replaced?

Mine still has droplinks on i bought it with, about the only thing i haven't replaced

I have full superpro bushes front and rear, transforms the car especially if your fitting coilovers

Also this question will have been asked a million times already but on my 2002 52 plate vRS am i to buy the 19mm bushes for the front?

That one i carn't answer as i have a R32 front bar and never changed bushes on my standard bar
