Hi to all from a new member. Have 1995 1.3 felicia which has been thrashed to point of melting rotor arms for 66000 miles. Never missed a beat and never had a better car. Will not part with it. Best car ever had in my 60 years.

Also have 1995 favorit 1.3-exact same except for body shape -also 66000miles but giving problems. Will only pass 1500--2500 revs under extreme gentle acceleration after which will run at 80/90mph all day albeitit will not decelerate normally without missing unless foot is fully off. Under normal acceleration from start it will at about 2000revs in any gear cut out either through lack of spark or fuel--I think fuel . On easing back it will run normally but then has to be treated with kid gloves to gather speed. in this warmer weather it is more of a problem. In these past colder months it has been normal until it warmed up and whilst cold for first say 3 miles could be thrashed without any problem After this the problem commenced and stayed unless the car stood for long enough to get cold again. These last few days it has also become temperamental to start hot or cold --either plenty of turning over or immediate start. Has anyone had similar problem. I have swopped and changed items between cars and still have not identified anything obviuos.

Good evening. Welcome to the site :wavey:

Hi,

Can I ask your honest opinion on the fabia. I tend to go around in a hurry--90s normal on motorway and fast as poss elsewhere. Do my own maintenance-oil -filter every 6000-neither of mine use a drop. Will the fabia cope with this.I can melt a rotor arm in 20000
