It is a wheel arch cover trim. I would suggest a breakers yard but i doubt if you will find many Estelles in scrap yards in Spain. Best person to ask here is the member Daverapid as he owns several of these cars, is a big Estelle enthusiast and may be able to help you. I would send him a PM as he may be able to point you in the right direction or he may even have a few himself he could sell you :)

Indeed, in Spain it is difficult to find a Estelle. No more than 10-15 cars nationwide. In Spain, not named Estelle, but 105 120 or 130
