Rear removable tow bar cover screws

Hi all,

I have a 2008 1.6 Fabia Sport and it has the factory fit removable tow bar which comes with a neat little panel to cover the hole when removed. On the cover there are two 'screws' which you turn 90 degrees to lock the panel when it is back on the car. One of the receptors (that the screw thing locks in to) in the bumper is missing and the panel then does not look very safe, does anyone know if these can be bought separately and if so from where?
