Hi all,

I was thinking last night on the way home, my Fabia has just hit the 70k mark - are there any recommended/suggested things that I should be doing or thinking about doing (except usual servicing of course) to ensure it's performance and economy is sustained?

Egr valve clean out?

Clean maf with part cleaner?

Clean the heater fan unside the car out since they get full of leaves - not performance but good idea!

Use some fuel cleaner in with the next tank

Give the engine a flush before its next service.

Check/topup gearbox oil.

Check for play in the flywheel for future damages

Clean boost pipes and check for play inside the turbo while there off.
