Boost gauge on Nokia phone?

Featured Replies

Hi folks.

I'm fairly new round here so take pity on an old fella.

My wife has recently bought a Roomster, 1.2 turbo DSG.

I am rather curious about the rev range where the turbo starts working, and was surprised that there wasn't a boost gauge someplace on the dash. (My Kwaka 750 Turbo, back in 1985, had a boost gauge.)

Anyhow, I have in the garage a wee blue tooth thingy which connects into an OBDCII port (from my Triumph motorbike) and a couple of Nokia phones, a C5 and an old N95.

I was wondering if anyone has already worked out how such bits might be persuaded to provide a boost gauge.

Last time I checked the only phone's that are able to use the Bluetooth obd are android ones, the best app is torque which shows a lot of engine data

Sent from my Galaxy S3, not a Crapple!

Try OBDAutoDoctor Lite from Nokia OVI store. It is free and does what you asking for. if you feel that you need to buy one so get either the PRO version or OBDScope from the same Nokia site. The Pro and the OBDScope are £8.00 quid each. I have a friend with the Pro version and it does everything you could think off. From reading codes, re seting engine light, to running in real time data
