Does anyone know if you can replace this? I cracked mine, is it a bumper off job? Or can do it without taking the bumper off?

no need to take the bumper off for this job. Unscrew the reg plate, then with a trim tool or something that won't damage the bumper paint, just prise it carefully away from the bumper, it's only held on there with small plastic 'push in' type clips. Give the area behind a quick wash then simply push the new one on.
