Evening all,

I need spacers for the OEm wheels to clearmy brakes just trying to work out the sizes i need.

Im currently running TD1.2s that are ET35 which have the amount of clearance i need, but what ET are the stock wheels.

Also how do the ET figures work. Is an ET35 5mm further out than an ET40?

As the ET gets bigger, the whole wheel will sit further in, inside the wheel arch. So, you are right, 5mm further out indeed.

Don't know about the stock wheel offset, but I'm sure someone else will.

Fabia II factory spec 17" rims are 7Jx17 ET41.

You'd then have ET29 wheels iirc

To get stock wheels to same as aftermarket wheels yes, you would need a 6mm spacer.
