Problem with Wind Deflecters

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone

I fitted a set of heko wind deflecters last night, and seem a good sit, look nice but when i was going to work today when i put the window down and back up it went back down as if it was hitting something had a look.. everything is where it should be.

it only does it when the window is going up automatic if i keep

Dont really know what has caused it or how to sort it.

They need a few days with the windows all the way up to sit properly, mine did it for a week as the clips werent sat right.

If it still does it in a weeks time take the deflectors off and put some more double sided sticky tape on the extra bits then leave windows up again for a day.

Cheers mate going to try this, as it wint be moving for the next week.

You will have to relearn your windows to stop at the right point.

Close your windows automatically three times. You will notice that it wont go up in one touch anymore. Now manually fully close the window.

Pull the button again and hold it for a few seconds.

That should readjust the upper stop.

If not, just look in your manual
