Im looking to fit a hands free kit and wanting to remove the plastic pannel where the sunroof controls would be if i had a sunroof

In previous vws it was a plane plastic plate and poped out really easily

In the Fabia there is are the small vents in it and it seems to be stuck,

HAs anyone taken this out and if so is it attached to something or do i jet need to get something bigger to pry it out?

Search in here for sunglasses holder I'm sure it's said in a post how to remove that piece.

Look for the threads on bluetooth units for details but as I remember:

1. Blanking panel where the sunglasses holder goes just prises off with a flat blade, insert blade at the rear of it.

2. Light fitting - remove cover (prise off) take out the bulbs to reveal two screws, then the unit comes out easily. This gives a bit more room to work.
