Just realised I've been getting loads of good advice and taken part in a GB and I've quite rudely not introduced myself.

So this is me....I've just (3 weeks ago) bought a black 59 plate Octavia 1.6 cr. Niggling things to sort: sawtoothing on rear (back to dealer on Thursday, wouldn't have known owt about the issue if it wasn't for this site) and someone has dented and scratched the rear passenger door which has gutted me as I didn't see it and no one owned up,toss_ers. Any suggestions on getting this fixed would be welcome, I'm up in Leeds.
