Featured Replies

Have a parott ck3100 fitted which was working fine until the other day now the person I call or who calls me can't hear me or me them. Called the guy who fitted it a couple of years ago and he has updated the parott but still my phone sound won't work,is okay when paired with another phone,so went to the mobile shop and they have no idea can't find anything on settings on phone.....anyone have any idea.

Hi CBR600

I have read your post, but please clarify that when you went to the mobile shop you went with the car ?

Now this is only a guess but there will be a setting in the phone that controles the volume only when connected to a bluetooth

device.

so you won't find it while not connected but you should when connected (if you know what I mean)

Didn't take the car only the phone but they didn't have a clue and said ring HTC, but I will try your suggestion now and see if it works.

You could try deleting the pairing then pair them again.

When you are connected to the Parrot, just turn the volume up on the side of the HTC

Remove the battery from your phone (Reboot) and it will connect again

Parrot told me to do this and it worked!!!
