hey guys as im still new to the fabia set up was just wondering on how long i should set aside in my day to swap my springs over?

Depends how knowledgeable you are. If you are not knowledgeable I would ask appropriate questions on here as to fitting them and there may be a guide on here on how to fit them. Personally I would set aside a complete day just in case there are any technical difficulties.

iv tinkerd with other cars more usualy 106.s and saxos not really looked for any guides on here yet could you link me? backs should be fairly easy to do its just fronts iv got to look up on?
