hi got skoda octavia 1.6 1999

2 problems

no1: oil light blinky 3times and beeping( oil level ok)

no2:car cuts out and then wont start

had it checked out by garage, they had it on their computer told me it was the manifold absolute pressure sensor would this cause both of these problems, if so anyone know how much one of these sensors cost? :(

I had a 1999 1.6 Seat in last week and the error code was MAP sensor,

It ended up been the plug leads that were to fault!

Whats your engine code?

engine code start AEE

changed leads cos it was chugging problem started about month later getting worse.
