The Wife has bashed the exhaust into a low kerb on the vRS whilst reversing and it has damaged the tailpipe.

Does anyone know if I can just replace the tailpipe or will I need a new rear box?

Not sure but if you do get a rear box..just a word of warning the one that eurocarparts sell has a different tailpipe. Its like the milltek but on a standard box! Looks good

Is that twin or oval?

£65 for rear box isn't to be sniffed at though!

AFAIK it's a whole new rear end, unless you want to cut it off and weld on a new tailpipe. I nipped mine about a week after buying the car, have found if I don't clean it the soot suitably covers the damage!

Yeh its the twin pipe design although they arent welded too well..ones longer than another :S lucky i know a guy whos good with a welder haha ill post up some pics and let you know tomorrow mate. Good price as well

get some quotes with main dealer and try tps, same item or try other places/ companies or ask on here for help.

Sorted the genuine skoda sport tail pipe kit which is same tailpipe as vRS for £30.

Old one cuts off and new one clamps on to the twin pipes
