I had something similar on my rears, although not quite as bad. I had to change them as one had worn unevenly and was down to the metal on the pads. But when I showed the discs to my local mechanic he reckoned this was quite normal and nothing to worry about on the rears.

Was gonna say the rears do very little, I was surprised when my MOT man said it didn't really matter what they looked like as long as they worked on the test machine

Yep rear brakes are just for parking on the hand brake.

Drive down the road and pull the handbrake on a few times, not enough to skid or anything just enough that they bind on, see if they clean up.

Otherwise the pads might need greasing up and freeing off.

What he said ^^^^^^^ +1

strip clean and coppaslip looks like it's jammed
