Fabia Vrs TDi DMF and Clutch Kit

Featured Replies

I think from what I have read on here that the DMF is well on its way to death. It rattles loud when the clutch pedal is around half way and cold, rattles a bit quieter when warm. There is also vibration in the clutch pedal.

From what I have read the Sachs clutch and flywheel kits seem to be pretty good quality. Would a standard Sachs clutch and flywheel kit with a genuine VAG release bearing be strong enough for a standard Fabia Vrs. Im thinking of a possible future stage 1 remap to around 170 BHP. Will the clutch and cope with this? I don't fancy changing the flywheel and clutch twice.

Thanks for any help / advice.

Valeo do a single mass flywheel and clutch kit from euro car parts. Should be sufficient for a remap
