Most of those errors are from the radio swap. Like I said, clear them and see if any come back.

Might also be worth thinking about changing the glow plugs seeing as the car has done nearly 60K. If the glow plug fault comes back it would be worth checking the wiring and plugs to the glow plugs.

Thanks, will clear them and check again in a week. How often should glow plugs changed please?

When they don't work very well!

I changed the glow plugs in my old octavia after 50-60k, but from what I've seen the PD engines need the glow plugs less than the injection pump diesels, not sure about the CR engines though.

If you have any problems starting when it is cold and double cycling the ignition helps then I would change the plugs.

I would clear the codes, start the car, turn it off and then scan again, anything which is constantly faulting will show up straight away. Then leave it a week and try again.

Thanks for your help. I did a search and it said if it fails to start then they need changing. Touch wood it starts brilliantly and our mechanic said it was a really nice car. Makes up for the Fabia vrs we bought that wasn't so great :(

Even if the glow plugs are completely rubber ducked it will start (eventually) although you may disappear in a cloud of smoke in the process.

Shall see what happens when I clear the fault. It was just serviced and nothing was mentioned but always good to keep an eye out. Handy having a wife that works at a good independent
