So much for this recall

Featured Replies

Went in yesterday, got a call a good few hours later, "oh sorry, we can't change your coil packs because they've been changed for non-genuine parts in the past". How can I check if they're genuine, because I've got pretty much every receipt for the car, and the only coil pack receipts are from Skoda?

Thanks.

What do they say on them? Part no's? Pics?

They would have your car details now and logged none oem so may not replace buddy.

You might be lucky though.
