will i need newfog light surrounds?

hi i would like to get some fog lights for my fabia, it doesnt have any at the moment however the surrounds are there just no hole to put the fogs in!

also does anyone have any for sale or can they recommend somewhere to get some?

there are a few kicking about on fleabay for around £10 a side as I could only find the newer style when i was trying to find a replacement for one of my lower grills.
