Bee looking for wheels today and have seen some I like but I'm thinking they maybe too wide even with stretched tyres which I'm not fond of.

If anyone could help with my problem it would be apreciated

It isn't just the width of the wheel you need to consider but also the offset. You can put the same width wheels on with a lower offset (ETxx) they will rub the arches. Higher offset and you can foul the calipers with the spokes, or foul wheel arch linings and other components on full lock.

i think wheels with a lower offset than standard say 35-38mm look better than standard because they dont sit so far under the arches! keep them about the same width and you wont go far wrong!

Todd had 9" width with et45 iirc.
