I was driving home today in my 56reg Octavia VRS FSI when the computer display changed to a list showing a few things including vehicle satus,no warning lights came on just this list.I toggled threw list with button on end off wiper stick then pressed button underneath and that seemed to reset it to normal display but approx 30 seconds later display changed to "No Entry" and now if I turn engine off then restart it same happens again normal then no entry?

Have tried pressing buttons on stalk but to no effect any and all help apreciated.

That sounds like the vehicle status.

Hold down the lower end button on the stalk for a few seconds.

Andyvee u were bang on , I've had my vrs for 2 years and near really messed about with computer etc just concentrated on driving really fast!! The old girl has done 123,000 miles and pulls like a train thanks again
