Hello Guys,

I really apreciated your help on this.

I have a 2002 Octavia L&K with the factory audio system. One of the front door speaker is FUBAR.

I just want to replace the front ones with something similar in size. Maybe Pioneer or Kenwood

My question is: Do I need to remove all the door cover to do this? Or can I just remove the grill on top of the door speaker to replace the speaker.

I really apreciated your advice and if you know about a DIY with pics, please point me.

remove just the grille.

Use a blade and insert it between the grille and the door pannel,there are some clips,be gentle....the clips are hard and the grille is soft

As stated no need to remove door panel, just go slow and careful with a very small flat screwdriver to pop out each corner on the speaker cover
