vrs estate antiroll bar

Featured Replies

hi could someone give me some advice i`m looking at uprating the antiroll bars on my vrs estate but upon inspection of the rear bar, i could`nt find one  .

all i could see was the rear axel with springs and dampers is it me clearly being stupid :o

AIR the rear anti roll bar is hidden in the rear axle/beam and the anti roll bar kits are the same for the estate and the hatch.

PS must point out that the OE bar cannot be removed. The after market one is an add on.

if the after market arb is an add on ,surely having two arb`s fitted to the rear would be over kill

No, it dials out some of the understeer, highly recommended.

p.s Des, from what EddyH has said then the add on rear ARBs don't fit 4x4s AIR. He could only get a front R32 one on.

HTH a bit.

 i know newspeed do one but it seems realy pricey are there any alternatives i`m finding it hard to source a different brand :(

I think Jabba and Star do Eibach stuff :)

has anyone any experience in fitting a r32 rear bar on their octy if so have they found the bar good or otherwise. also had a chat to jabba they did seem to push the eibach bars and steered away from the nuspeed as they thought it was to stiff and the rear of the car is at risk of snapping out, please excuse the previous pun?

i thought you can get the neuspeed bar in various thicknesses 25/28mm etc and even one that is adjustable though?
