On my LHD car it is just below the steering wheel to the left.

Possibly it could be blew your steering wheel to the right then perhaps?

There is a hatch which you have to open and then you should find the ODB port along with the fog-switch and some relays/fuses.

Behind the fuse box cover by your right knee , you cant have looked for it yet
