I would go as far as to say its possibly one of the cleanest mk1 fabia's around / left

They seem to be few and far between these days!

I would dare to say that if I removed the mods from mine (easily do-able) that it would be pretty much flawless.

He's useless! He basically said he wanted a fabia vrs for 4k

And i think i pretty much found the best one possible for the money!

It really is super clean! Looks cleaner than my first vrs i bought in 07 with 30k miles

I will advise him but i hold no hope.....
