SOLD - HTC Desire, SIM unlocked

Featured Replies

Since upgrading my handset, I've got my old HTC Desire for sale. It's in very good condition, with one minor caveat; a little dust has got into the screen through a gap in the casing around the volume buttons :( Frankly it looks an easy enough fix and it's a common handset so there are a lot of good teardown guides on the Internet, but I know what I'm like with small parts so I've never tried it as I can't see it unless the screen is off (i.e. it doesn't bother me when actually using the phone). I would have hated to cause a bigger problem trying to fix this minor one :)

Runs Android 2.2 as stock, I have it unlocked and debranded running third-party firmware but this can easily be reverted to a stock handset if required. It's SIM-unlocked so will work with any network and will include almost all the original accessories including the 4GB microSD card. The one exception are the headphones which no longer seem to be in the box but they were fairly typical cheap bundled tat anyway, so you're not missing much.

Pictures to follow, but I've left the thing at home and am posting this from work, so I'll edit them in later :)

£70 delivered ono

It currently doesn't have a screen protector on as after two years the glue had all but given up. However, because I had bought a Zagg InvisibleShield with "lifetime warranty" I can order a second full set of front/back/side protectors for just the cost of delivery (around £5 from memory) so this is also an option for any buyer.
