For my first mod on my fabia vRS i want to change the air intake for the PD160 item, could anyone recommend best place to source one from? Also is it worth changing the air filter at the same time, any ideas on which to go for with this also??? Cheers for any suggestions???

Local seat dealer - will not take long to arrive as it's pretty stock. Instructions can be found on site here in the technical guides. You want two screwdrivers though, one x-head, one flat, the second one to help get the original intake off more easily.

Definitely recommend keeping the original for if/when you flog the car on.

Green filter - basically replaces the original paper one with that. Needs a bigger x-head screwdriver, pretty easy to do as well. You can order that from loads of places.
