eBay will be your first port of call. Any DX navigation CD will do the job, whether it's Skoda branded or not. The DX unit by Blaupunkt was fitted in loads of things including Mercs, VAG group and others.

Depending on how up to date you want, second hand discs appear regularly at varying prices.

Don't bother wasting time with a 'backup' (stolen/pirate/dodgy copy) CD, all they're good for is wearing out the CD reader apparently.
