Hi there, I'm just about to purchase a 2005 fabia vrs it has full service history cambelt and waterpump has been done recently .

The millage is what concerns me 129k it is a mint car but would this millage put you off ??

Nope its just broke in at that if its lookd after it will run for another 100k plus easy

If the service history and mileage adds up then no it wouldn't put me off.

It's good for twice that if looked after.

definitely not mate. These engines are bullet proof for one thing, secondly I was speaking to a fellow member today and his comments were that these can go on to 300k if well maintained. Thirdly, unlike probably all other makes of car, these hold their value even when the mileage goes up.
