Should be able to, just as it was possible with earlier versions.

Yep. Either from within Exchange, or via Outlook.

thanks susted that one now now my next problem...

been seaching the web all morning for tutorials, and have managed to create a calender in a public folder so everyone can see and access it...NOW how can i link calenders together? ie jeff puts on his clender he is on holiday next week and we need that to automatically appear on jim, bobs, and freds calenders as well ?

I don't know how to link them properly however I have a work around.

The way to cheat that one is to get people to add it as a meeting and to invite anyone who needs to know.

Not ideal but it does bring it to the attention of everyone else in advance.
