1st Gear biting point high & jump-ish

Hi All,

Recently for the past couple of weeks, first gear appears to be rather jumpy even when coming off the clutch REALLY slowly......is the clutch going or this a slave cylinder issue?

Currently have Sachs organic clutch, I know it has rather harsh/stiff clutch compared to OEM, but I've had the car 8 months and this definitely isn't normal. Its been fine through sub-zero temps in the past month or two.

It was fine at the start, but now the biting point is rather unpredictable which is really annoying in traffic!
