Need some help please.........

Right guys, I need some help,

I have a few jobs to do on the fabia vRS and I need to know which one of these belts do I need?

I would say the long one but not sure?

Also I have a problem with a lot of white smoke on start up, after that car has been left standing for a few hrs. it also struggles to start. starts first time but judders and struggles when firing if that makes sence?

there is also what feels like a slight missfire when cold too.

Ive scanned the car and there is no faults for the engine.

I have done less than 6k since last service. I am going to do an oil change on it today when I get up as Ive been working all night, I am also thinking of stripping the boost pipes off and claening it all out inc the IC and egr valve, do you think that would make it run and start better?

also I have noticed a large drop in MPG, I struggle to get good figures in it anyway for some reason, everyone seems to say 55+ mpg on mways and even when I drive steady on my 75 mile round trip I struggle to get 55 let alone anything else these days, got better mpg when I first got it but for some reason after the first service I did its got worse each time and Ive only used stuff from TPS and 5w40 quantum oil.
