Just a quick one does anyone know how to remove the chrome insert on the bonnet grill? As want to paint it and looks a bitch

First remove torx bolts from rear of grill holding to bonnet. Then take grill assembly indoors to the warm. Then carefully using a flat blade ease chrome tabs on underside working around the grill little by little. Thus separating chrome portion. Go careful and you should have no problems.
