It all depends on what service intervals you are on fixed service one oil or variable service another.....there is a thread on here somewhere I'll see if I can find it .....back in a mo

It's a bit risky relying on the engine oil pressure lamp to check the oil level :eek:

Have you read the following warning in the Owner's Manual? :rubchin:

The oil pressure warning light is not an oil level gauge. For this reason, check the oil level at regular intervals. This is best done each time you refuel.

As others have said YOU SHOULDN'T WAIT FOR THE CAR TO TELL YOU THERE'S A PROBLEM!!!! Please check your oil level at least weekly... Despite what the handbook might suggest the UK Fabia DOESN'T have an oil level warning light... :(
