The blue is super bright going to stick a layer of tinting vinyl over it to kill it down a little.

Big thanks to Dark Hero who did the conversion for me! Very pleased makes inside feel all warm as opposed to the cold and boring green!

Also worth noting the stereo wasnt touched, that has the option of 4 different illuminations and luckily green and red are one of them :)

Reminds me of my mk1 leon.

Personally dont like the red on my car :o

Could it be down to the actual LEDs? You can tell these aint standard. 1000 x better than the gash green. Green should never be seen! ;)

Welcome to the Club

Karl

Was great meeting you today mate :) the red looks superb

That red looks evil i like :)

Does look smart

I'll be honest, I dont really understand why.

But in terms of the work involved and OEM look (excluding rear window thing) its a good effort.

Cheers for the comments guys! And it was nice to meet you Dark hero, your car is absolutely stunning and I can see my car will one day hopefully get the same treatment!

But why not? I suppose it's a bit like any modification really it doesn't necessarily need to be done but it's what I enjoy doing. I don't drink or smoke etc and take a lot of pride in my car.

As for the blue in the rear window that's there because there is also another setting on my stereo for illumination which is both a mixture of red and blue. It gives me the choice to swap and change as I please.

I will post a pic with the other illumination activated when it's dark later :)

It's alot more simpler than you think! Charlie converted the switches before coming to me then I fitted them, the speedo is literally held in by 2 screws, I could have it out in less than a minute.

Now I know how most of the dash comes apart it could well be in the pipeline that I have the interior flocked, I have the ideal style for my interior in mind but it may not happen as it would cost around £1800 therefore I will keep my ideas in my brain :p

I don't like it.

Sorry Dan :(

Ah you've morphed into a Seat :D

Nothing wrong with what you've done apart from I would need/want to change the colour of my callipers now!

Nice little change

Cheers, the speedo matches my calipers as I painted them red some months ago :)

I don't like it.

Sorry Dan :(

No worries mate, I don't mind no need to be sorry! Other colours can be done too, blue is nice but would have looked crap on my red car.

Ah good man B)
