Body succeed. Now the car works perfect I save Alto money to buy new throttle body.

Dude, what's wrong with you? You already said the same thing TWICE in two other topics. WE GOT YOU.

It's not like you invented hot water, people knew about throttle reset for years.

But you chose to post THIRD TIME, in this new topic. Stop spamming.

THE certain model of skoda has specific bug in the Ecu unit by Siemens. In other cars it's easy no for that car.You can't make adjustment with vag com either with any software in the market.

If you think i am dude is your problem...........

I HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR TEN YEARS AND NOBODY COULDNT FIX IT.when they put their diagnostic Bosch diagnostic,Texas diagnostic, vague com all said that throttle has problem. IT'S NOT THE THROTTLE IT'S THE ECU SIMS 2P ALL SKOALS FELICIA 1.3 MPI HAS BUG IN THE ECU.and the only solution is that the program was in checkz language and for me they make it to English www.motordiag.eu/msm/index.php

That email is for motordiag that send it to me

the ECU ist permanently adapting. If the condition of throttle body changes slowly, the ECU has no problem. But if you wipe out the dirty coat from the throttle, your engine sucks much more air then before and ECU has no idea why, resulting rough high idle speed.

Normaly (other cars with Simos) you only have to make a reset to factory default values (Adaptation>channel 0>value 0) and throttle basic setting (Basic setting> channel 098> Run). But there is a firmware bug in Skoda-Simos 2 which causes that this standard diagnostic procedure doesn´t work.

Using MSM you can reset the ECU to factory values which solves the idle-problem.

Of course, as above written, the ECU is permanently adapting, so the high-idle problem will be slowly removed by the ECU itself, but you need to ride up to 2000km.

The mistake was made by Siemens. Older ECUs like Simos 2P cannot be reflashed with new firmware. It seems to be the reason why Skoda decided to leave it. Official solution from Skoda is to change the ECU for a new one everytime you get these idling problems (after throttle unit manipulation). Normaly you realy need a new one, because used units contain adapted data from previous car and you can get the same problem again.

Motordiag Simos Manager we give away for free since 2006. There are many thousends of people who applied our solution on a lot of cars. So we can say MSM realy works.

For sure you have to doublecheck the technical condition of your throttle body. Maby you have to change the seal. But if there was no problem with erratic idle before cleaning and now you have high idle or hunting, you can be 99% sure that MSM will repair this.

So for your car you need two steps first reset the Ecu with MSM.And after use any software you like for basic adjustment of throttle.Otherwise you can't make throttle adjustment. :hi:
