Fabia 05 VRS Wipers resetting upward!

Evening again,

My wipers are resetting in the upward position! They are working absolutely fine on all cycles, only resseting in the vertical position rather than the horizontal.

Has this only happened since the recent snowy period? Did you shift a lot of snow off the screen with the wipers at any point? As I'd guess that's the cause but how to rectify it pass I'm afraid
