I'm pretty sure I know what advice I am going to get but I'll ask the question anyway.

Today my fabia started to make a high pitched squeek from the drivers side front wheel when turning left. Cars only done 1000 miles anyone know what it could be?

The advice you expect is maybe, go to get it checked.

Maybe a sticking caliper, pad or anything. so safest to be checked.

Have you run in the Brakes, used gently and worn the coating off the discs and used the pads a bit to get them matured?

Read the Owners manual on running in a car.

I would check the wheel nuts tightness before proceeding further.

For being not over tightened as much as not tight enough.
