vibe liteairs arrived! few questions

Hey guys, purchased some vibe liteair components and I'm planning on installing them tomorrow (weather permitting). Just wanted some quick advice on a few things. I've taken the front door card off before so no probs with that, and I've got the spacers sorted. I'm just wondering how the triangular tweeter cover comes off? Also is it a case of glue gunning the tweeter in place? Finally how was people secured the crossovers?
