I am not sure if this is the right area to post this?

I just want to post a messages to say how great these guys have been with the problem on my octavia VRS estate after having a really bad experience with another dealer in the north west (you know who you are) with the same problem.

I was amazed at the service of when I phoned up explaining the problem they knew what part they needed and had it ordered. That was not the best bit as when they called me to say the part was in, I was not able to get down to them for a couple of weeks so they said no problem we will pick the car up form your home and drop it back again and I live more than 15 miles away from them!

the care and service they showed to me was amazing and it just goes to show that not all dealers are the same!
