water inside car

hello sorry for my english.i have a big problem i donn,t found answer.so this is my problem i put silicone on all doors soo the "door problem is done" yesterday i clean the drain hole from outside,those who take water from rain.after this water she go inside ,water enters somewhere in the driver place i not see where...what i must to do, where to check.i put water only in the driver site...end she came inside..plese if anyone had my problem, I expect an answer..remember i done problem with doors,end i clean outside in the wipers site bye bye
