There seem to be plenty of guides for the Octavia II (about poggybacking or using an unused fuse holder in the fuse box) but I can't seem to find any for the Octavia I

I want to wire in a cigarette lighter or permanent charger somewhere under the steering wheel and run a cable up to the right hand side air vent. Any ideas where to grab some electricity from for this?
