getting error in ECU -->Injection Start Control Deviation

Featured Replies

Here is some general Info on my car.

Volkswagen 2003 Golf TDI

ECU is a ASV110 with rocketchip stage 3

.205 Injectors

changes my intercooler pipe since the other one popped out with the increase in the boost. So got one made out of stainless steel.

Now last week my injector pump died on me. So i can it changed at the dealership under warenty. :)

Now since that time my ESP light goes on. since my chip i dont get an engine light anymore its my ESP that seems to turn on lol

Now i'm getting a new error

Injection Start Control Deviation

But i should add that my car start nicely

Has alot of power and no real smoke from what i can see.

Could my timming be off?

I was going to suggest that the TDIClub would be a better forum for this query but I see you have gone that route already!

Commencement of injection (injection start control) does point to incorrect pump timing.

Id get it checked out, you need VAG COM to read off the values and the chart to determine what its set at.

Also I have come across remapped cars that have issues with commencement tables.
