Wish I had the dosh

Its a poverty spec tho. No offence.

No cruise

No sensors by the look neither.

Looks like mine

I so want it but 5k is a bit rich for one of these imo.

Nice find tho lloyd.

Ps list is being put together. Taking a bit longer due to time. ;)

eh???

you just broke your own (really nice) mk1?

why buy another the same, could have just put a newer engine into yours if its was the mileage that was bothering you? or the bam engine that you wanna do!

thats a lot for a unmodded mk1 imo...

mk2 money

Cheers billy :)

I'll add it to my book of wantage ;)

Start again would u mate :D

It's good to see Mk1 Octavia RS prices outperforming Mk4 Golf GTI 1.8T prices.

Total of 4,791 vehicles (hatch & combi) in Q4 2006. Q3 2012 shows 4,083 registered. So over 700 cars lost in under 6 years. The rate of vehicles SORN'd is only going to go up now too.

Lloyd, a car like yours should eventually start creeping up in value.

If that car sells for £5k it'll help.....

Actually, I can buy your car for £10k, then sell it back to you straight away for £10k! That would spice second hand values up a bit! We could all buy eachothers cars off eachother and drive up values! Muhahahahar

Cunning like a fox ;)

Id sell u it for £10k lol

But then id run away :D hehe

Would only buy it now as mine is too far gone to go back together.

Miles not botherd me. Mine has done 112k but might still be in better nick than that one.

Thats been sat around for long periods or driven short distances? Never know really.

Time to move one tho I think. I just need a petrol smell and sound again this diesel fabia is depressing. Clatter clatter

yes good point!

you got that fabia mapped, they are really good witha map on....much better than stock!

Yup but cant use it as clutch is buggered.

Getting a dual feiction and smf on it in a week or so finally then coilies and full overhaul of bushes and joints front and rear. Got a jadda rarb on too but on std susp it dunt do awt.

Its a good little car but in no way sporty or smooth lile the octy. The octy looked nicer too.

It dunt do awt lol. Only if you forget to attach both ends. Fitted correctly it will flatten the cornering roll and also reduce understeer.

lol

Nope its **** on a std car.

Due to the lightness of the rear end of the fabia its not really made that much of a difference with std soft wollowy susp.

Its not as bigger change as putting a 22mm rarb on an octy with std susp thats for sure!

Put it this way I was over the moon when I popped the first rarb on my octy way back when and putting the jabba rarb on my fabia was such a disappointment! So glad I didnt pay for the 200+ new price!
