Skoda Octavia Vrs Tdi Estate Lowering

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Thinking about lowering my Vrs. Don't wanna go mad, 20 mm maybe. Any idie what would be the best spring to use?

Thanks

Depends what you mean by "best"? I'm guessing you're just lowering for looks? Eibach pro springs are a popular choice for a small drop. You can run them with your OE dampers but for best results get some better dampers, e.g. bilsteins.

There is a thread just up from here than I started and there is a picture of a white estate with pro springs fitted looks very nice too.

If second Eibachs but not Bilstein B4's though. That combination doesn't seem to work brilliantly in my opinion and experience.

Grizzle has b6's if I remember correctly and he says they are much better than the stock shock absorbers.
