Iam about to install a new steering wheel but first I need your knowledge.

The car is an Octavia II pre FL (2008) elegance, almost max equipped

Maxidot,MFSW,RNS-510,Electric seats with mem and so on,

Has anyone tried to change from this:

To this:

Is it plain plug and play or do I have to Cut wires and modify airbag contact and so on?
