Want to get rid of the arch gap on my fabia vrs mk1 was thinking 40mm but dont think that will do alot anyone??

40mm will do 4cm, take a ruler and measure your current gap and decide if it's enough. Also consider if it's worth replacing the shocks at the same time.

Mine is lowered around 45mm on JOM Bluelines and I think it sits quite nicely. When I first put the rear coilovers on I wasn't happy with how low it was sitting so I had to manufacture some 20mm bushes to sit under the adjust cup. It also has 15mm spacers on the front, and 20mm on the rear to fill the gap a touch more and to stop it from looking like a roller skate.

Remember the fabia vrs is 15mm lower than non vrs models

So any spring that states its -40mm on the vrs will be only -25 as its already 15mm lower than a normal fabia

I fitted apex 35mm springs to my mates vrs yesterday (so -20mm) looks 100 times better! Just loses that silly 4x4 look and makes it look oem+

@rkelby i dont understand why you would buy coilovers if you didnt actualy want to make your car low and also make somethink that would sit between the adjusted and the seat why not just buy springs

What would you class as low?

My aim was to loose the 4x4 stance, and improve the handling. With springs I would have no adjust-ability so I chose coilovers. After spending money on buying a coilover kit I couldn't justify buying another set of springs to replace the brand new kit ones. By making the spacer I saved myself money and gave myself extended adjust-ability... Everyone has there own way of doing things, and this is mine

I don't know mate i was filthy so just told my mate to take it round the block and make sure everything was alright!
