In my humble opinion a well spent hour, I warmed up the end of the strip, pulled a piece of string behind it and pulled gently just enough to break the joint, then put my fingers behind the strip and gently pulled it off , only a little amount of adhesive was left on the doors which I removed with white spirit and a cleaning polish, does it improve the look of the vehicle, next will be a drop of 40mm when the spring eventually arrive
